child support and visitation are 2 separate issues handled by 2 separate types of proceedings in family court.
if the obligor is in arrears in child support, tell your county child support worker immediately and they have procedures to collect or impose penalties on him to begin to collect what he owes you.

you need to take him back to family court and explain that he is not paying child support. If its been set in the court system he has no choice to pay. You did not mention if you had primary custody and also how far behind in support payments is he? If he is far behind he can be arrested for back child support. You may need to amend the visitation until he can do as asked by the court
