My favorite is "Desert Plains" by Judas Priest, but I don't think that's going to work for you.
Have you ever heard of Loreena McKennitt? She's an Irish-Canadian lady with a truly *wonderful* voice (IMHO), so you might check her out. My favorite song of hers thus far is "The Mummer's Dance" (off her "Book of Secrets" album):

A good song that would REALLY WOW the audience is "Only Hope" by Mandy Moore from the movie "A Walk To Remember"

Mariah Carey or Christina Aguilera would be good too, since you're a soprano
Something more showtunes-ie would be "Somewhere Over The Rainbow" (in D-major)

try a coldplay song-like their new songs or older ones too...what if you sing the song " Tim McGraw" by Taylor Swift-it is country though or you could do the song that Charlotte Church was singing as the theme song in the movie A Beautiful Mind-it is called "All Love Can Be". good luck.i would go with the Charlotte Church song-it is so beautiful and i think that you could pull it off!
