With that type of score your options will be very limited. You may only be able to go with a predatory lender who can have interest rates as high 400% in some states (i.e. borrow $100 dollars pay back $140) furthermore some of these lenders charge uneccessary fees. You will pay a ton of interest though. You may be better off repairing your credit and then coming back in a year or two. It maybe better for you in the long run. BUT if you can't wait....

Getting a home mortage loan is generally easier than a car or personal loan because there are so many different programs that may be able to back your down payment or some of the loan. Try a credit union or bank to see what options may be available to you. You also will ahve to have a good down payment with a score like that. Also, beware of that land contract and make sure you take it to a lawyer to read and explain everything to you.

ezDinero.com has the lowest APRs (as low as 3%0 and long payment terms. I got 4 years to repay $2000. There is no credit check, so you can get your money within 24 hours. I got mine the same day! A++++
