Yes, in fact, there are several natural ways to help acne. I suffer from acne as well and I recently started going "all natural" (100% chemical-free) with my personal care products and makeup.
For the past month I have been using the Aubrey Organics skin care line for oily skin. The products I've been using are the Natural Herbal Facial Cleanser for Oily Skin, Natural Herbal Facial Toner for Oily Skin and the Natural Herbal Oil Balancing Mask for Oily Skin. (They also make a moisturizer for oily skin but I haven't bought or used that because my skin is too oily as it is). I use the facial cleanser and toner once a day and the mask once a week. It has been a little over a month since I started using the Aubrey Organic line and I can honestly say my acne has improved. My boyfriend told me the other day that he can see a difference too.
A little about Aubrey Organics... They are a company that uses only 100% natural, synthetic chemical-free ingredients in their products. You can find their products at just about any organic or natural food store (such as Whole Foods) or you can order the products through their website ( http://www.aubrey-organics.com ). Their prices are decent too.
Another thing you could do is make your own facial cleanser, toner and mask using natural ingredients. I've actually been reading and researching this subject recently and I've learned a lot. The following essential oils are beneficial for acne prone skin:
-Lavender, Chamomile, Geranium and Sandalwood essential oils reduce swelling and irritation associated with acne.
-Tea Tree, Cedarwood, Lemon, Eucalyptus and Spanish Sage essential oils benefit oily skin prone to breaking out.
-Basal, Eucalyptus, Tea Tree, Cedarwood, Cypress, Lemongrass, Spike Lavender, and Ylang Ylang essential oils help normalize skin with overactive oil glands.
-*Lemongrass and Sage essential oils actually slow down oil production and and reduce sweating.*
-Another tip...Any citrus and mint essential oils are appropriate for use on oily and/or acne prone skin.
I got this info through a lot of research and reading on aromatherapy and natural remedies. A lot of the essential oil info for acne I got from the book "Aromatherapy for Dummies", which I highly recommend. Another thing is, be careful where you purchase essential oils from. Purchase them through a reputable company because there are companies who sell so-called "pure" essential oils, when they really are not pure and have additives in them. Simplers and Mountain Rose Herbs are highly respected and reputable companies which I recommend for purchasing essential oils. I've put their websites below.
A few more tips:
-Witch Hazel (either 100% pure or with a maximum of 14% grain alcohol) is a great astringent just by itself for oily/acne-prone skin. However, putting some drops of essential oil (like the ones listed above) in it can be even more beneficial.
-Unrefined & cold-pressed Neem oil is good for fighting acne.
As for a natural cleanser, Castille Liquid Soap (which is derived from plant sources), either alone or with a mix of Neem oil, Witch Hazel and essential oils is a great cleanser alternative to those harsh, chemical-laden "big brand" products.
For a mask, French Green Clay is great. French Green Clay has enormous absorbent powers due to the constitution of its micro molecules. It literally "drinks" oils, toxic substances, and impurities from your skin. Its toning action stimulates the skin by bringing fresh blood to damaged skin cells, revitalizing the complexion, and tightening pores. French Green Clay is marvelous for helping to clear problem skin. Use it daily on trouble spots, or weekly as part of a complete facial treatment.
I hope this helps. Good luck! :-)

If you have acne: Put really hot water in a bowl and put your face in the steem. wait 10 minutes, then your acne is all open, so then put ice on all of the acne. Why this helps?: Steem is hot, wich makes your acne open up, and the ice is cold, wich makes the acne close without dirt in it. If you have acne scars; The cheap way: Lemon and Honey. Use both, BUT NOT MIXED and leave it on the scar's for 15 minutes. do that everyday (1 a day)

Well yes, you won't like it but it is the only way to get rid of zits without using any synthetic substance.
Just make sure you wash your hands several times a day and try to keep your hands off your face. This will help reduce the re-contamination of your face with bacteria.
The above and time are the only things that consistently work.

In her book Let's Get Well, Adelle Davis describes how many of her patients resolved their acne problems while optimizing their diets to treat other health problems. See her book for details.

I used to have acne as a teen and tried everything with little success.
many of the remedies suggested here are just a temporary solution. i found that acne have a psychological and dietetic root. if you live a more relaxed life and eat a healthy, low fat diet, and have a regular sexual life, acne disappear naturally.
that's why usually they go away after a certain age.

Exercise (cardio) really helps me; somehow the perspiration pushes out the oils from the skin and reduces acne...plus you get the added benefit of getting fit. You might also want to try a sauna to get the same effect

looks like you've gotten a lot of good answers (some I might try myself!) but I've also been learning about mineral-based makeup. Sheer Cover, Bare Minerals, etc...even Ulta has their own line of mineral makeup, it's easier on your skin. If you wear foundation, look at all the ingredients that you're putting into your pores! Mineral makeup seems like it allows your skin to breathe and I've heard some people say their skin improved and cleared up.

Avoid pops/sodas, high fructose and high presevative foods, and junk food. Eat healthy is the biggest thing to get rid of it. Get some natural soap and wash your face two times daily.
