someone backed up their argument as to why LJ is not worth it with "their starting QB is out." Now, being a Chiefs fan, and just knowing the role that most backup QBs have, wouldn't it make more sense that Larry Johnson will have a BIGGER roll with Huard in under center? Huard is just being asked not to make mistakes, and then when Green comes back, they will still probably lean toward the run to ease him back in. I mean, seriously, if your QB is out, your team automatically leans toward the run. Why would Green being out hurt LJ at all? LJ is better, and I think that trade is fine.

You got worked over bad.

LJ doesn't even have a TD yet, and Trent Green is gone for an indefinite period. Ben Watson is arguably the number one target through the air for Brady in NE.

LJ will still do well for you, but Alexander set the NFL TD record last year. Seattle plays in a weaker Division, and has far more offensive weapons.

Madden Curse or not, somebody call a cop, you just got robbed.

It's not a bad trade either way. LJ is getting his yards, and he will get into the end zone. Shaun will have a good year also. It really depends on who your TE is now. If you still have a good option at TE then I think the trade is a wash.

No, not at all. Larry Johnson has lost his starting QB and his offensive line is not at all what it used to be. Though Alexander is off to a slow start, he should end the season with more fantasy points simply because he is on a better team that will give him more opportunities. I don't think you should've made that move, but then again, that's just one person's opinion.

Don't worry, you made the right choice. LJ will be a stud even without Green. Alexander won't put up the same numbers as last year.

nah. seatlles passing is fairly weak right now so they will have to rely heavily on their running game. give him time though. LJ is pretty solid regardless so you may have lost a slight edge giving away watson but i think both backs are matched pretty fairly right now.
