That's the episode called "15 minutes of shame" In season 1 or 2. Hope that helped ^^

I think you mean the one where they are telling about the founders of the town. And the man that founded the town was friends with a magical talking clam. The man got tired of it talking and was planning to kill it. But the clam left instead and never returned.
