CELLPHONES which one should i get?

Question

okay i've been going over phoens for a while... and the chocolate with verizon has pretty much sold to me.(if any one has or has looked at it let me know.) but thinking about it for a while i really just want a phone for its phone purpose. ex: i can buy a mp3 player which would sounds better and hold more music. i could also buy a digital camera which can take better pictures. ect. but the whole points is the cellphones are able just because they are i still want one with those ablities.

with that it comes to coverage. i know verizone says they have the best. but i also heard that t-mobile just got 3G. which is somethign like higher speed and more coverage( ithink) and then there is cingular with the least drop calls. and then there are all those other companies that are swept under the rug and barley heard of.

so... what phones do you guys got... do you like it. what service are you with? is it good? freq. dropped calls? do you like? what phones do you ppl want...why?

I have tried service with T-Mobile, Cingular, AT&T and Verizon and I dropped the other three and am sticking with Verizon since they have the best coverage as far as I can tell (regardless of what the others say), excellent customer service, great rates and a pretty good upgrade plan. I've been with them for three or four years now. As far as a phone goes, the Chocolate is the way to go. It's made by a good brand and has tons of cool features plus it looks great. Some people might tell you to get a Razr, but I know tons of people who have them and they all regret the fact that they bought one. I personally have an LG phone and I love it.

Well I have a Razr V3 from Cingular. I love cingular, I had recently had alltel, and it is SO much more better (cingular). I can get a clear call with my Razr on my couch, in the car, in bed, heck anywhere. Cingular in my opionion is the best carrier. Considering they also bought into other providers towers. They did the people at the store told me there were buying other carriers towers. There are other reliable phones that might fit your lifestyle and budget that are compatible with Cingular. If not a motorola, I would check into Nokia 6102i which is an awesome phone with no troubles. And the sony line-up they are also very good.

As for the phone get one the does what you need it to do and you can see the screen and use the buttons without having another button think it's been pushed. As for the coverage check out the local carrier in your area and look for their current coverage map. Ask them if they know if it's good coverage where you'll be using your phone most. I have an LG cu320 which is a UMTS or 3G phone from Cingular which I work for as a technician. The phone does what I need it to do. It's not like a Blackberry or Treo which you can have your email sent to, but you can send things to email addresses from it. It's a slider phone and it's not bad. Hope this helps.
