using the a
is like calling us black BETWEEN each other
using the r is like calling us scum WE DONT USE THE R
so you should not use it or even the a for that matter.
Understand every name for the *****__ was created by the white man. African American, Black, *****, ******.., you name it. We flipped it with the A making it OUR word that we call ONE ANOTHER and select few other people that we love.
Truthfully we dont have any classification , We arent Black, Majority of us cant trace ancestry back to Africa so we arent African and ***** means black...
go figure.

When used by non-blacks toward people of color, the word you refer to is considered one of the most offensive in the English language.
It comes from the Spanish word "*****," and the French word "negra," both of which refer to the color black, which is how slave traders of those nationalities referred to their captive human cargo.
It became a slang word in English, and a popular way for whites to refer to or to diminish the humanity of blacks.
Because of its strongly negative connotations, its use started to become more offensive during the civil rights movement. Now, the word has virtually disappeared from the speech of non-whites, except in the most bigoted and racist circles.
Putting an "a" at the end instead of "er," doesn't reduce its offensiveness when used by non-blacks. The "a" version is used in the lyrics of some rap and hip-hop songs, sung by blacks.
BTW, here's the definition from dictionary.com:
— Usage note The term is now probably the most offensive word in English. Its degree of offensiveness has increased markedly in recent years, although it has been used in a derogatory manner since at least the Revolutionary War. Definitions 1a, 1b, and 2 represent meanings that are deeply disparaging and are used when the speaker deliberately wishes to cause great offense.
Definition 1a, however, is sometimes used among African-Americans in a neutral or familiar way. Definition 3 is not normally considered disparaging—but the other uses are considered contemptuous and hostile.
–noun
1. Slang: Extremely Disparaging and Offensive.
a. a black person.
b. a member of any dark-skinned people.
2. Slang: Extremely Disparaging and Offensive.
a person of any race or origin regarded as contemptible, inferior, ignorant, etc.
3. a victim of prejudice similar to that suffered by blacks; a person who is economically, politically, or socially disenfranchised.

Because the "n" word is an offensive term given by White people and it was spelled with the "r". We, as Black people, still use the term, unfortunately, but have changed it to the "a" to make it more of a slang term. White people can't use it because it hits too close to home when White people used it to describe us in a derogatory way. I mean, how would u feel?

I just don't understand why white people just can't ACCEPT that we SHOULD NOT use those words!
Who cares if African Americans use that word to communicate with each other? Why is it so hard for us to just accept that we don't use that word.
Your question really can't be answered unless you want to attend a sociology class to discover the history of African Americans and what they've gone through collectively for hundreds (thousands?) of years.
They've earned the word - you haven't.

It's just Semantics. And who said white people don't use the "N" word with an "r"? They use it all the time, just not in front of "N" word with an "a" people.

Because White people have always had a thing against Black people and for them to say n****r or n***a does not look good at all.

i think it's a matter of ignorance. the "n" word with an "a" just means that someone didn't go to school long enough to learn proper pronunciation. either that or it's Ebonics. either way they are both uneducated forms of speech.
