The only one I can think of is George Bailey of "Its a Wonderful Life". He stayed in Bedford Falls while all of his friends left town in pursuit of their careers. Obligation to his family business, keep him at home.

I have often felt that way, but in the end, the greater good came out of it....

All the fairies in the disney movies that were good .
When I was a wee child I had another life and fairies were very real to me then and still today when I see one even though my beliefs are not the same as when I was a child, I can feel a connection deep inside that says I know something that you don,t

Constantine as portered in the recent movie with Keano Reeves. Because I have a lot in common with the the character. I am a paranormal investigator and find myself battling demons too.

I identify with Peter Parker/Spider-Man quite a bit. I have often found myself a confused loner, not really knowing how to reach out and connect with people (especially women). I sometimes climb walls, too, but no spider had anything to do with that. ; )

I tell you, those two movies "speak" to me quite a bit, too. They're terrific and Tobey Maguire did a wonderful job capturing the essence of Parker.

I would be the tree from the childrens book "The Giving Tree" by Shel Silverstein.

The book shows a dark side of love in it's simplest form.

Not that this has to do with me but if anyone watched Wife Swapp last night then you might agree that the "pirate" family probably watched Pirates of the Caribbean a few too many times.

I would have to say Selene, fron the Underworld movie. She's mysterious, quiet, and once you cross her path, be prepared to deal with trouble.
