Because it is the healthiest thing for your baby, cheaper, and natural. Breastfeeding transfers immunities from mom to baby and it is prooven that breast fed babies are sick less, have less ear infections, are happier and so on. Breast feeding is also so much easier, no need to make bottles in the middle of the night or pack them when you go out! If you are feeling slighted because of not feeding the baby, then your wife may be able to pump in a month or so and you can feed him/her from a bottle. I wish you best of luck!!

I have 3 babies and 2 are breastfed.
I have a special bond with all of my kids'but when you breastfeed it brings you close to your child and lets your child know that you are there.
I'll tell you it will save you both money,sleep,strength.
And bring you all closer.

formula is very expensive and sometimes babys have a hard time with digesting it. breastfeeding is the best choice healthier for your child it also is a wonderful expirience she will bond with your child and she can pump her milk inro a bottle and you can take part in feeding your child and is clinically proven breastfed babies are smarter.
