here's a place where you can calculate yourself. but the fact of the matter is it just depends on your build because you might not fit the mold of what BMIs or anyone else says. if you can run and exercise in the first minute or so and not feel like you are passing out from exhaustion, then you're okay.

It depends on your bone structure as well as your age.
I would say anywhere around 110-120 pounds, though
this is just a rough estimate. :)

It also depends on what weight a person views as
overweight and underweight. I think anywhere between
the numbers I stated seem healthy. Anything under
110 would be on the thinner side (once again it depends
on your bone structure). Muscle is another factor,
someone could be 5'2 and 120 pounds and completely
healthy as most of their weight is muscle. Muscle
weighs more then fat does.

It depends on your bone structure, age and activity level.

I would say that 120 is a good median weight but whatever you are comfortable with. It is your body and you should wear it proudly.

IMHO, there are far too many skinny women out there as role models. When I see a really skinny woman, I wonder what else she deprives herself of.
