I don't mean to make light of the E-coli scare, but why did it have to be my Spinach that betrayed me?? I miss it's leafy goodness! Why couldn't it have been the dreaded and nasty lima bean?
On a side note, what is your favorite veggie, and what veggie do you loathe?

why not the dumb Lima beans is right

I love it in everything
I love it in salads
in my rice
I do so much with spinach
Like what is the purpose of the lima bean
There must be something miraculous about it because

Don't like spinach, so I'm not affected by the ecoli thing. Don't like lima beans either.
My favorite veggie is a potato. I know, boring. Still, I would seriously miss potatoes. Really.

I must say I could never understand the overall loathing of the delicious Lima bean!!! My favorite veg tho is broccoli rabe. I dont loathe any veg but string beans are rather ho-hum.

I love my spinach too and I wonder why this drastic action was needed. How many people are sickened and die each year from ground beef? The beef industry is immune to criticism. Ask Oprah!

lima beans are delicious! But my favorite is green peppers.
brussels sprouts are the only vegetable I don't like

I dont eat that many veggies... lol... more of a fruit gal. But the veggie that I hate is cabbage. Ugh.

I know. I hardly eat vegetables, but spinach was one of the elite few.
I suppose cucumbers are my second favie. I hate celery.
