if it's free it probably isn't worth having in the first place.

I do not know about the internet buying,but I saw a free cell at Office dept for free.

sometimes when i visit sites, i see ads that tell i won something. i dont believe those though maybe those are just scams of free viruses. i cant think of a way to gain a phone without spending, maybe you can ask your parents nicely or befriend rich people or maybe rob someone's phone.

you would probably have to get a pre paid cell phone.that way they dont do credit checks and u dont have a monthly bill.
