Im just 15, im white, and i've been rapping for over a year now....i never stop, never let the flow drop. i live in dartmouth, nova scotia, canada. i want to know how i can get noticed....ppl said send tape to record companies but i dont know any companies and i dont think there are any in nova scotia. I dont even think there are ppl looking for rappers....and i dont know how many song do i have to put on the tape or cd. I need asnwers, i dont need no critisism about me being white and sh*t like that. I am what i am and i know what i want to do, so please give me straight answers.

First create a demo tape. 3-4 songs will be plenty. Get said demo to anyone and everyone you can find - bar owners, radio stations, etc...
Look up talent agents in NYC and send to them as well.
