It's been my experirence that white men are intimated by black women and I don't understand this. I have heard so many whtie men say that they would love to date a black woman, but when a black women is interested, they don't know what to do about it. it's like they don't know how to act or like they are walking on eggshells because they don't want to make a black woman mad.
I have also had white men tell me that it's not possible for a black woman to be interested in a white man. How can thhis be true? I find white males just as attractive as black males and to me, color doesn't mean as much as personality.

I hate to say this, but my husband, which he is faithful, I can tell he loves black woman. The only thing I'm sure if he was dating would be afraid of not meeting up to the size of a black man, if you know what I mean. Stereotype....

are you cute? Let's talk some more over a drink...

but seriously. It's not a problem for me. I'm white, but I'm also from the D.C. area. I dont' much care for most white girls, we don't have a lot in common. Plus they are usually trashy and/or snobby.

The only problem I have with approaching black girls is: Some have this extreme attitude. While, they look so sexy, that attitude can be a turn off. If it's not that, it's because there's so many black girls who are like: I want a real black man in my life. If I find an intelligent good looking black woman who shares the same interests as me, she usually wants a black man. Then again, you never know.

I think race relations are poor in this country, planet for that matter. However, I've dated a lot more black women than not. Except when I lived in New Mexico where there's about 5 black people in town and I knew them all.

I'm a white guy, and my ex-girlfriend is black. I guess it just depends on the guy. I think some of these white guys are way too insecure(I have also had white men tell me that it's not possible for a black woman to be interested in a white man.) That's just a stupid thing to think or say. I think it's just something you don't see that often. Beautiful is beautiful, whatever color. Oh yeah, me and my ex broke up because she was a *****, not because she was black. No worries, we're not all that insecure and uptight.

Not all white guys are. Obviously i can't speak for the entire male population, but from a purely personal view, i think black women are utterly gorgeous.
It may be that I'm the exception that proves the rule. But without wishing to seem rude i adore the fact, that black ladies are always all women in the true sense of the word.
While i don't dislike white women as such. They always seem to me to be too self obsessed. When it comes to apperances and i find black women to be refreshingly natural about themselves.
So trust me we're not all scared to death of you, as far as i'm concerned i think your just fine by me.

Don't worry, it's happening. Just today I saw a black woman/white male couple. They had no problem holding hands, walking happily, and talking. Don't be discouraged, it does happen. It's actually showing up a lot more where I live now.

I could understand why they would be afraid.
When I said that I would date or marry a white guy, my parents, aunts, and uncles all got silent. Like I had said I was going to blow up the world or something. I don't think they would be very happy. And who knows what kind of thing they would do to keep me from dating a white guy.

Believe me that is changing.
I now find white men asking me out more than black men.
I am treated like a lady and they never do anything I don't want them to. We respect one another.
I lika the white men.

They are used to stereotyes of black women, so when they see us, they think that we're automatically going to roll our eyes, suck our teeth, and roll our necks.

They are also taught that black women are unattractive.

It is designed to make us look bad.
