I am not stressing over ovulating , it's just that many of these different ovulation calendars differ in their answers. I started on the 4th had a period for 3 days and I am regular always the first week of the month. It stated that I will ovulate from the 14th to maybe the 18th. I TTC on the 12th and again on the 17th with my husband. I am now thinking one more time tonight. Any help would be appreciated.

Well don't forget everyone is different. Ovulation is NOT alway's on the 14th day. Use the "ovulation web sites' as a guide. Don't depend on it, but let it help you give you an idea. Also check out the book...Taking charge of your Fertility By Toni Weschl. Good luck in TTC!!

Ovulation is sometimes hard to pinpoint. The only sure way to pinpoint ovulation is to take your Basal Body Temp each morn, at the same time, before you get up...this will enable you to see an ovulation pattern. Ovulation prediction kits can help but they only tell you when your LH surge is happening which means that you may or may not ovulate sometime in the next 3 days. Most "typical" women ovulate around the 14th..but not every woman, it is really possible to ovulate any time in your cycle. A wonderful website that has been helping me chart my temps and pinpoint ovulation is Fertilityfriend.com. The website graphs your temps, tells you when you ovulate, records body signs, records cervical mucous and tells you what is fertile, it will also tell you if there is an implantation dip in your temps after ovulation! Best of all it's FREE!!!
