It's the right way to run. Like learning tecniques to run faster. if you have good running form the more likly you will do better in whatever your running. For example; swinging your arms correctly, good posture....much more

Proper running form minimizes wasted motion. Wasted motion slows you down and also leads to injuries that are preventable. It is all about efficiency. Common things you see are people swinging their hips, holding their arms too high and running limp wristed.

I was blessed with decent form and a coach who made us do form drills. I am one of the least injured runners i know despite putting on more miles then most. If you can get good form, it is worth the effort.

How you have your body when you are moving during your run, like swinging your arms and the length of your stride.
