Since last one month I have noticed that I have to pee every 2 hours.No pain ,no weight loss .Every time I pee ,the quantity is that much as i if am urnating after 6-7 hours .I don't take alchol,coffee ,just 2-3 cups of tea and maximum of 4-5 glasses of fluid a day.According to my intake , the amount of urination seems to be too much.I am taking so much extra calories these day but not gaining a single pound .Can any body help me out.How can this frequency be decreased ,so that I can put up some weight.

I think the best thing for you to do is to call your doctor. There may be some sort of infection that you don't know about. Better to be safe than sorry like I was last year when I spent a week in the hospital for a severe Kidney and bladder infection. I also had no pain.

You need to take in 8 glasses a day. If you are having to pee that often, consult a doctor.

I would recommend talking to your doctor, diabetes and urinary infections are two common causes of frequent urination, along with medications, alcohol, and caffeine.

You could be hyperglycemic. Buy a glucose monitor (they are not prescription) at your local pharmacy. At least you will be able to eliminate a common cause to your symptoms.

have you started eating more high sodium foods?

that is one reason for the increase with the caffeine in the tea...

caffeine is a diuretic as will cause you to urinate more often.
