BOTH CAINE AND ABEL WERE SONS OF ADAM AND EVE.GOD TOLD THEM TO GO INTO THE WORLD AND MULTIPLY,SO BOTH CAME FROM GOD.CAINE TOOK THE PART THAT LEAD TO DESTRUCTION AND KILLED HIS BROTHER ABEL,BECAUSE GOD DID NOT ACCEPT HIS ROTTEN OFFERING,BUT ACCEPTED ABEL OWN BECAUSE HE GAVE TO GOD LIBRALLY.

Cain and Abel were Adam and Eve's sons. One chose the right path in life, the other didn't. The story is in Genesis and it is quite interesting. The bad one was surely influenced by the devil, but didn't come from him. Hope this helps. Oh, and by the way, the Bible is definitely NOT mythology.

In the Bible, Caine and Abel were two children of Adam and Eve (Seth was another). According to the Bible, they were the first two mortal-born men in the world (Adam and Eve both being created). Neither of them were 'from' any sort of divine or diabolical being.
