"The Monkey's Paw" (by W.W. Jacobs) ending?

I'm confused about what happens in the very end of the story. Could someone explain what happens to Mr. and Mrs. White?

uummm have you read this story, It's pretty basic they get there wish something bad happens. They keep going.
