I've already worked out at the gym this morning, had an orgasm today(or two), and taken Advil. Any other advice?

Exercise - you've already done that, and it usually helps!

Massage or Chiropractic - tell them you are having cramps... they know exactly what to do.

Extra Strength Midol - as said.

Warm Epsom Salt Bath - soak for 20 minutes. The salt extracts the pain.

Raspberry Leaf Tea - this is THE woman's tea.

Evening Primrose supplements along with Vitamin E.

Sex - the muscle contractions from orgasm help to greatly reduce the pain from cramps. The internal massage ain't bad either. :p

Try Fish Oil capsules, and take calcium-magnesium-zinc capsules every 4-6 hours with food or a snack. No sweets! Black cohosh herb has been helpful to some people. Valerian is a natural muscle relaxer (May cause drowsiness).

It is usually the level of fluid intake involved in muscle cramps. The easiest way to ease cramps is to lie directly on a cool surface on the side where the cramp is occurring to chill it down.

You have to try the ThermaHeat heat patches. You stick them onto the inside of your panties and the heat relaxes the muscles that cramp up giving you that pain. Right before i get my period i mkae sure i go out and buy a box because its the only thing that has ever helped.

Start taking aspirin before your period and continue taking them until the cramps generally end, usually the middle to end of your period. As for right now, you can take 2 extra strength tylenol along with your Advil.

your abdominals, liek any other part of you body needs rest after a work out, to fix your problem, dont go to the gym until you fell better, also don't masturbate because when you do it tightens you abdominals. You want your abdominals to be nice and relaxed. A good abdominal stretch you should try is lying on the floor and trying to touch you toes and fingers to the walls.

No, not a hot bath. Sorry rere , no offense but the heat will make the blood clot more which is one of the reasons you get cramps.
Get the extra strength Midol , shower and go to bed early.

I hear smoking weed helps relieve them. I have never tried it, but my friends have. I also heard that if you drink a bottle of coke really fast and eat potato chips it will help.

Steer clear from cigarettes and tea. They aren't good for cramps.

Make sure you drink enough water and what you eat has alot to do with it. Try not to eat anything sour or drink anything too cold.
