Can't answer it because the book doesn't have a title yet...it will be book 7. The book Half Blood Prince is where Harry learns about the parts of Voldemort's soul (which are called Horcruxes). We learned in Half Blood Prince that a few of the horcruxes have been destroyed (Tom Riddle's diary in Chamber of Secrets turned out to be a horcrux, Dumbledore destroyed the ring)...
but for all extents and purposes, Harry will be looking for the horcruxes in the yet-to-be-named and released Book 7.

Harry does not start his quest in book 6, Harry Potter and The Half Blood Prince, but he does any find a fakel horcrux (Voldemort's soul piece) it is not until Book 7 that he will actually go on a hunt with Ron and Hermione.
