usually i dont like to mix with neighbours. my house is independent. due to several problems i needed to break for sometime. this puts question to them started harrassing and disturbing for just timepass. they disconnect current and cable and spit before me and make horror sounds when studying. iam l educated got 15yrs experince. i have no clue how do i face this equation? please suggest simple techniques and tricks for this................thankyou

everyone would suggest 'ignoring them'
but i think its getting serious now, maybe its time you call the police on them. They are cross their limits of being neighbours. They should have responsibility of their actions. Take care

Report them to police, request confidentiality from Police.
If they are vandals, then they will back of if you tell them that if it does not stop "live me alone I will call my uncle who is a lawyer".
Then take a lawyer and go to police with the lawyer.

just talk to them directly , first thing.
if problem still persists, then warn them(in serious tones) that you might go to the police or other ways.
you will have to make up your mind- that you will have to fight this troubles anyhow... or else they will never stop this habit. it might increase if you dont face it.
