Chauncey Billups without a doubt. I would take Billups anyday over Bryant,James and a few others also.

Billups would be a way better choose. He can play both guard positions, which is always a plus. He passes and shoot the long ball better then Rip. Defensively they are about the same. Billups also causes a lot of mix-matches when he posts up smaller guards. Also he didn't get the nickname "Mr.Big Shot" for nothing.

Billups is a double double guy. Rip isnt so much. Both are great players. I dont know why you are asking this question but if its for fantasy bball Billups is going to give you great stats. The only thing that might be better about rip is shot percentage.

Definately no longer, Rip is an insane 3 factor shooter and so isn't Billups. Rip and Billips are 2 of the wonderful gamers interior the leauge and Kobe isn't even close to to being waiting to supply the way those 2 do. He may be waiting to get 50 factors a game yet Rip is grasp, Billips is likewise notably grasp and he may additionally hit the three.

BLOW both of them. lol

Chancey lacks the speed to take people (point guards)of the dribble, he beat at times but he needs to chatch them off guard with a sneaky first step. Our system doesn't let him post PG's as much as I would like to see. He may be a 2Guard

Rips game is all around strong. Defends, makes his own shot and shoots of screens. Range is his only ?

Swallow for Rip.
