i saw that too. :)
to yell on the "POINT" words, I get that.
(to make a point.) der'
but to YELL THE WHOLE ANSWER? IT'S GOT TO BE BECAUSE THEY JUST DON"T KNOW, RIGHT?
or maybe they have a hard time seeing..
or maybe they are new to the whole pc/onlline thing...
who knows...

ALL CAPS IS A HARD KEY TO FIND, and besides it grabs peoples attention every now and then, since some people use caps at the begining of a word are they yelling the first letter.

Maybe they had their caps lock on, or maybe they were just trying to be annoying. Or they could have been stressing whatever it is that they wanted to say.
