Overtime in my opinion is nothing more than bullshit!

Yes it should be the workers choice to work or not to work overtime. I was forced to work overtime and after I while I became very ill. Not everyone can keep up that pace.

No it shouldn't be a ban. But most companies will let a worker know if it's going to be mandatory overtime. It's up to that worker to decide whether or not they want to job.
