The only way your going to dry a queen size mattress is to turn on your ceiling fan and buy a couple of box fans and turn them on high aiming them the best you can towards the mattress..Good Luck

If it's only on the top then stand it up and put a fan to it. If it got over halfway soaked then it is best to get rid of it. It will take a very long time to dry out and it will start to mold inside, not a good thing!

I don't know about other people, or how it got wet (or with what!) in the first place. Clean off any stain with soap and water. Vaccuum with a heavy duty wet/dry shop vac. Then set it up in direct sunlight during the day and bring it in at night. If you are in a humid climate, you want to sprinkle it with baking soda to discourage mildew. Best wishes!
