I loved Tie. But it doesn't do anything to the Leafs. He has no place in the new game. And that sucks! I miss the old game where enforcers and role players had a place.

Maybe it is a sign of good things to come for the Leafs. The rule changes have made a player like Domi almost obsolete so maybe a higher skilled player can fill his spot. Even without the rule changes, he was getting old.

It means that Tie Domi will be missed by all the Leafs fans.

Better. Domi sucks. But I want him to stay because I hate the Leafs.

Who the freak cares? Tie Dummy was an idiot. It means he no longer takes up a huge chunk of the cap and they can maybe sign a real player.

the Leafs let him go, so he retires as a free agent, nobody wanted him anyways.

A few more dollars, so they can sign some over the hill free agent.
