I am light skinned, and i want my own color that stands out on my nails. Not pink, or a bright color, my mom wont let me wear black, and dark blue doesnt look good either, any suggestions?

i know u said no pink.. but u can at least try it.. it looks so cute and feminine! go with soca, figi, spaghetti strap, or limo-scene.. they look so pretty! or try french.. but i understand if that's not ur style and thats totally cool... try white.. that looks cute and funky... also, try red.. maybe even a deeper red like a maroon.. that would look cool =]
just try going to the nail place and looking for a color that u like that's not black, pink, or a bright color.. whatever u like =]

a wine color looks great on my nails when my tan is gone....your mom probably wouldn't want red because some people just have issues with it...it would be my first choice.......I also find coppers and light to medium shades of brown nice. Try a red wine color...

O.P.I makes a sort of bright, reddish-orangey coral color called Cajun Shrimp that I really like. It's pretty bright but it's a nice color. You could also do dark purple or gold.

Get a french manicure, those always look good, or a light tan color

i love how black looks when its nicely done, but people think im like gothic, so i stay away from that. OPI makes a color called "Mrs.O'Leary's BBQ" its like a deep, deep red-its beautiful

well i have kinnda lit skin and and som colers that work 4 me r:
baby blue, moonshadow pink,skin clor rose(relly lit red/pink)and whits lokks good on me but try mix and matching som colers itl look great and youoll hav fun picking the colers !!

then if you want it to stand out go to a nail store ask them to put a design on your nails and it will good after you put shine on the top.

try natural warm colors like brown, gold, tan or dark red dark purple.
