45+ years old. The body changes over the years. Things that still fit don't look right. I like a lot of the newer styles but don't want to feel ridiculous wearing them. Where to shop?

I'm a woman.

The suggestion about the dept stores used to be a good one but frankly, I don't get the feeling many of their employees give a flip.

Talbott's, Ann Taylor, Lord and Taylor and most of the dept. stores if you stay out of the jr. dept. Have a sense of what is appropriate for your age and don't be afraid to ask the store saleswomen for help. That's what they're trained to do. For more tips, watch What Not to Wear on Fri nights.

Talbots, Jones New York, Eileen Fisher, Ann Taylor, Tahari, Chicos.

If you have a Nordstrom Rack nearby you can find good deals.
