I wasn't exactly fired, it was a re-organization, and low man on the totem pole had to go. Right.
It was difficult, because I had to pack up and move (small town back to my home), BUT I did what I believed in while I worked there - I was honest and a student advocate, and I don't think they liked me rocking the boat. They also had goals - number of admission applications that should be coming in - of course, I didn't have students just fill them out to meet quota, and after I was gone, I was told mine were coming in. I'm like the Macy's Santa Claus - if it wasn't the best fit for you, I was going to tell you what was.

I've been terminated because I broke under the high pressure job I was in but I was not proud of it; in fact, I'm ashamed of what I did and I wish I hadn't broke under pressure (hard to explain) but I'm not the kind of person to take an admin. assistant job where I'd have to juggle four different tasks at once.

Yes! I was fired from a retail store back in high school and was very proud of it. They wanted me to clean up peepee in a changing room and I refused.

No. I haven't. I've never been fired (good employees don't get fired, only the shitty ones do!!!)....... a boss is supposed to yell at you, that's why they are THE BOSS and not YOU!
