Step One: Open the Packet
Carefully open the package containing the female condom in order to avoid any accidental damage to the device. It is important not to use a scissors or knife while opening as these can often create tears or rips.
Step Two: Hold and Squeeze
Hold the condom at the closed end. The open end of the device should be hanging downward. Grab the flexible ring and squeeze so that the device becomes long and narrow.
Step Three: Insert
Move into a comfortable position by raising your leg, sitting or lying down. Gently insert the inner ring into the vagina or anus. Move the inner ring up and back into the vaginal canal. This moves the female condom into the proper place for maximum protection. Make sure to push the condom as far as it will go in order to prevent damage. The outer, open end rim will remain outside of the vagaina. Once you have done this, the female condom is ready for use.

Thats a joke.I went for a 24 day program and they tried to teach you about drugs, safe sex and such.
The teacher pulled out a 5 by 5in piece of red rubbery material and put it to her face pretending like she was a man and said,"Put this to the woman's pussy and start licking."
It's called oral protection. But how is a woman suppose to get off with a piece of rubber between her and his tongue?
The best thing to use is a condom when having sex. If youre afraid of catching something my advice is to not have oral sex.
Grant you, that both men and woman's fluids while having sex,and blood of course, is a quick way to catch something. But your saliva also carries diseases. It has very very low count tho.It would just take longer for you to get anything.
If a person had Aids and you kissed them, you wouldnt get HIV , but keep kissing them and its likely
