back problem?

he's ok when he's up put when he lay's douwn for awhile hurt when he get's up now over 1 week

Go to a doctor so he can check him out. They can do all sort of tests, urine, blood, and a physical. I knew a friend that had the same problem and the problem was that he was constipated and didn't drink plenty of fluid. Have him drink fluids and plenty of fiber. Try to put some of those back pain relievers on him and call the doctor to make an appointment. Hope he get's better.
