There are no indigenous people in Antarctica, only visitors. Indigenous Greenlanders are Inuit.

Re the other answers.... Scandinavia is not a country, it's 3 or 4 depending if you include Finland. Lappland isn't a country either, though certainly the Sami (= Lapp) people are light skinned. For a whole country I would suggest either Norway or Iceland (same ethnic origin). Finns are a little darker because their ancestors are from the Altai. And there are I think more dark folk % in Sweden. Probably these days the correct answer is Iceland because there are more non-Norse immigrants in Norway % than in Iceland.

The farther north the country, the lighter the skin. I would say Scandanavians have the lightest skin. Some Irish are quite fair as well.
