Unless you're starting more than one QB, you need to drop all your backups and pick one up for Pennington's bye week.

Same with your backup kicker. Add some WR/RB depth, see if Gado or DeAngelo Williams is available.

I never carry more than 1 kicker. Do you really need four QBs? I would drop Carr, good idea. Jerious Norwood is a must, but you don't need another QB, especially one with a severe concussion.

Yes, drop Lundy. Grab Gado unless he's gone already.

See if you can package one of your QBs with Jenkins, for some kind of a reliable second starter at RB. Maybe Ahman Green. LaMont Jordan can be hand for a song, and he's sure to improve.
