Hi, you can check if the house was listed on realtor.com or even the website of the realor selling it. Or even contacting the selling agent on the house. But also the town records in the town the house is located in should have the info, sometimes even on the town website, but you can certainly call the town/city hall and ask where you can obtain the information. Hope this helps... congrats on the new home!

Is the house being sold through a realtor? They generally have a 3-4 page packet explaing the important information about the house, year, sq ft, etc. They also include pictures as well. Go to the realtor office of who is listing the house and ask for more information on the house. If it is being sold by owner you could ask to do an apprasial.

Go to the city. They should not only have the square footage and year built, but the actual blueprints on the house, as well. Website wise, I couldn't tell you unless you state where you live. In northern california, it is usually listed with the description of the house on www.metrolistmls.com.

Depends on the state. For example, here in IL, you can go to the township website and look up the property by ID or address.
