Nope. Even those methods aren't really effective. I think the head plays a major role in this. Three or four mornings in my life, I woke up with a ***** comparable to those you see in some porn movies (while usually I have a normal mid-sized penis). Sadly it never happened while I was with a girl :(. It means my penis has the physical capacity to be erect much higher than it usually is, but I just don't know how. It is advised to not smoke, and keep your blood fluid (eat omega 3, found in fish), do sports. You might not have a longer penis but you'll have, or keep, stronger erections. And believe me it's muuuuuch more important than having a long penis. This, and being confident. the rest is details, unless you have a penis that's really smaller than 15cm (5.5 inches).

With a full erection, I can't imagine it being different sizes on different days. Of course, if it's only semi-hard, it's not a full erection and will be a bit shorter. I'd say take a break from sex for several days and you should be more horny and possibly have a firmer and longer erection. Maybe finding some porn or a partner that really turns you on could help. Why that is so important to have longer erections (don't they all feel great?) I can't imagine but it's different strokes (and I do mean STROKES!) for different folks I suppose!
