Hey I've got a bet going. There was Toonsis the driving cat on SNL. He could drive but not talk. In Tom and Jerry, Tom could drive but not talk. Garfield can talk but doesn't drive. I never saw Sylvester from Looney Toons drive but he talked. I don't think there has ever been a cartoon cat that can both drive AND talk. Can anyone give me visual evidence otherwise?

Not 100% sure but I think on The Simpsons I believe there was an episode where Itchy (or is it Scratchy?) was driving
