well a cellphone or a iPod is what i would have wanted if i was 12or13 but since your budget is $150 buy somthing like clothes or jerwey

my younger sister is 11. She likes skateboards and things like that, i guess that's what's "in" now, but you can find those for cheap, if you're looking for agood one, than they're prolly a/r $80 or ninety. She is a girly girl too, so ltd2 or american eagle, or anything like that would be good too i think. I know all girls practically have a yearning to wear make-up when they're young so if she can wear it, that's another idea.

if you have them in your area take her to the zoo buy her some ice cream give her a teddy bear or tiger whichever is her fave it sounds old school i Know but most of all she would like to spend time with you just have fun make it about her

These days your better off taking that person to pick out gift or a gift card to a store at the mall.

a tv radio no clothes or jewelry money cell phone video games like tomb raider dvd's cd's ipod thats all an 11 year old just like myself \would want

i would do gift cards if you arent' sure what she likes...or pick out one small thing and take her shopping w/ the rest...this to me is the best way to get a bday present for young kids!!
