can you have oregano herbs in your spaghetti sauce while pregnant? or is it bad?

Yes its harmless. Only oil of oregano is bad.

Yes!
You only need to worry about foods that give you heartburn if you are having trouble with it.
There are certain foods however that you should avoid, your doctors office or local health department should have a list. Try the WIC program.
Like I didn't know there are certain types of fish that are bad for the developing fetus.

Spices do not affect your baby, unless you're consuming a lot of chillis. Just stay away from alcohol, nicotine, caffeine and limit your sugar intake.

I have never heard that it is bad for you. My son turned out perfectly healthy and I ate tons of spaghetti while I was pregnant, I craved pasta regularly.

No reason why you can't have it, unless it's upsetting your stomach. That could be a sign that it doesn't agree with the baby.

LOL too cute. Yes you can, my aunt when she had her baby stopped eating foods with MSG for fear that her baby would end up having problems, and she was the sickest child I know.
