Walk up to her and start a conversation, give her a compliment and tell her you like her hair (girls love that). Ask her if she has plans for the weekend and if she doesn't ask her if she'd be interested on going somewhere with you, Like the mall. Make the 1st date/occasion during the day and sorts casual to make her more comortable then if all goes well and you guys really like eachother then you can still ask her out for a real date type later that night or the next night. Plus this way if things don't go right you can always just say that you asked her to goto the mall with you as a friend and you wont look like bad to your boys.

Plan to get together with some friends, go bowling or something, tell this girl that you & some friends are going bowling & were wondering if her & some of her friends would like to go. Start out casual, than you can see if you have a chance to be a boyfriend, if not, being her friend would still be good, at least it's something. Whatever you do, don't call her or write notes to her numerous times a day, if you're overbearring, you'll just turn her off. Have a self confident attitude (your posture & your personality) without being cocky. And don't act like you're too into her, sometimes it's easier to get a girl when you're not so easy to catch, what I mean is, don't seem desperate. If she can't go bowling, don't seem bumbed, just act casual. You could say ok, maybe some other time, I'll see you around. Wait a little while before you ask her to do something again, & this time pick something different. If she's as into you as you are into her, she'll let you know, she may ask you to do something.

It kinda depends on how old you are. Can you drive??? If so ask her to dinner. Some where nice but not super nice. Some where were your comfterble. If you can't drive ask her if she wants to meet you some where. Like an ice rink is what I always love. Be creative. Don't ask her in a note tho, that makes you look like ur scared and then she might say no because she dosen't want there to akward silence. Start talking to her and then before you go ask her. Good luck!!!

Talk to her one on one. Chat for a bit and then ask for her telephone number. Wait a few days. Call her and ask her for a simple date, ie. coffee shop. Keep it short (under an hour). See how it goes. Go from there.

Step right up and do it. But have it PLANNED - catch her when she's alone, and have an idea of what kind of date. You don't want to hear, "Well, what did you have in mind?" and have to stand there going "uh, uh." Step up to the plate at take your swings, man.
