I told my boyfriend last night that I loved him. He paused and said that he does not know what to say, he says that he was a little uncomfortable. He says that he has not realy thought about it. He then sat there and started talking about all the things he likes about me. After a few minutes of this he finaly said I guess I love you too. Is this a good sign that he took the time to think about it. Or was it a forced awnser?

You scared him. He wasn't ready to make a statement like that. Cool things for awhile. Wait for him to make moves and statements. If he doesn't then you need to re-evaluate your relationship. Then talk with him about it.

I'll let you in on a secret. At birth, us men are given a flip card of what to do in certain situations. Rule number one states:
1. When told by a female that she loves you, do not under any circumstance return the compliment easily. Try to avoid an answer at all costs. If possible, pretend to fall asleep.
It's not him specifically. He probably has honestly not given it a lot of thought.

it was probably a forced answer. but don't be afraid of it. you just said how you felt. if he didn't know then he shouldn't have said anything and you should'nt have expected him to say anything in return. you should only say you love someone if you truly do. never any other time.
