I'm a perimenopausal woman who has had a number of ectopic pregnancies. The last two pregancies resulted in having my damaged tubes remove. Although I'm on my period, I feel pregnant. I'm experiencing nausea, weight gain, bloating and breast swelling. I hope there is some other explaination for these symptoms. I'm too old for this!

ectopic pregnancies can happen without fallopian tubes, not common at all but it has been known to happen. See your doctor.

If you know you can't be pregnant, then it sounds like it might just be a hormonal imbalance. I would check with your doctor!
