ok this is my 2nd question...basically i'm late on my period ( about 3 weeks ) i'm tired and wanna sleep ALL the time, my whole mid section feels bigger to me ( like i can't suck it in ) and my fiancee keeps saying my boobs look bigger. i'm spotting, but it's so light and so infrequent ( i'm used to a heavy flow lasting almost a week ) but i do have slight cramping ( it comes and goes in the morning and late at night only ) and here again i'm used to being in bed with a heating pad becuz my cramps are so bad...so with all this...are these signs that i'm pregnant?

you can get your period while pregnant, you get all your period symptoms even if your period is a no show. I would say you probably are so my best advice would be take a pregnancy test, go to the OB and DONT USE A HEATTING PAD IF YOU ARE PREGNANT. you can over heat your body and overheat the baby and it can be bad!! Dont take really really hot baths either, it would be like your baby dressing up in a bunch of jackets on a nice florida summer day.

Being 3 weeks late on your period and tired all the time are HUGE signs to me that you may be pregnant, but the thing is that everyone is different. I don't think if you were pregnant, at such an early stage, that you would be noticing size differences in your breasts and belly, but as I said, everyone is different. A few signs I had early on(I am pregnant for the second time now) were being tired all the time, breast tenderness and nausea.

I hope this helps!

Yeah it sounds like you could be, take a test or visit the doctors. Because if you're 3 weeks late and your stomach feels bigger than you should try and find out right away!

Definitely sounds like pregnancy!
You should stay away from the heating pad, just in case you are pregnant.
Those high temps are unnatural and are harmful to your fetus if you ARE pregnant. You don't need to take any risks.
Go to the doc, and take a pregnancy test.
I'm sure a pregnancy test will affirm your suspicions.

could be but if you are three weeks late why the heck don't you take a pregnancy test? That will give you a 99% accurate yes or no. go buy one.
