I have hormonal migraines, but I'm not sure which medications I can take without harming the baby. (Acetaminophen, Aspirin, Ibuprofen????)

I have the same problem and am only able to take Tylenol. You cannot take aspirin and ibuprofen while pregnant and most prescription drugs for migraines are not safe. Well, let me rephrase that, they don't know what the effects on a fetus are, so it is better safe than sorry. I know Imitrex was a class 3 drug, but I don't know about any others. Good luck, you will learn meditation to stop them very quickly like I did.

I was not able to take any migraine medication when i was pregnant, so I had to just take Tylenol. It didn't work for me so i was forced to suffer. Luckily I had a lot fewer migraines while pregnant, than when I wasn't pregnant.

When I was pregnant, my OB-GYN said the only safe things to take were Tylenol & sudafed (the little red pills) BUT, that every medicine has a disclaimer on it to protect the company. That there are a lot of meds you can take. He said to call him & ask before I took anything. I ended up not having to take anything, but that's what I would do now if I were pregnant.

Ibuprofen and Aspirin are supposed to be big no-nos while pregnant. Acetaminophen is supposed to be safe. The same goes if you decide to breastfeed, only tylenol is ok. Talk with your doctor before you take anything, or even a pharmacist might be able to advise you on safe meds. My doc. gave me a list of things that are safe, and anything else i ask her about first.

i have migranes a lot and after talking to my doctor and explaining that the tylenol wasnt helping them at all she prescribed me fioricet...so my suggestion is to speak to your dr and maybe she can tell you something more helpful or prescribe something. also a cold pack on my head or even neck and shoulders sometimes helps me.
