It is against the rules to have one account that asks questions and other that answers them and gets chosen best asker ever time. Points don't mean anything but it isn't fair for other people who are trying to come up with the best answer. That is why you can report people who are doing such things.

the points really. some people are totally obssesed with being at high levels. this is gaming for points basically and not allowed. bottom line is they're your typical net freak who's binged on nothing but cheetos and saliva for the past 18 hours in front of the screen.
