I liked when he had that seizure and Cartman had to keep swatting rats away saying "no, go away, he's not dead yet," and then Kenny's skeleton falls over on the ground at the end of the episode and it's been chewed at by the rats.

The cart in the underpants gnomes cave. I did't see that 1 coming. Or the lighting the fart on fire in the Southpark movie.
