I live in PA, and I have a business that I started a few years back, but decided not to pursure it. I am Incorporated, I think a C Corp. How do I close this off so I don't have to worry about taxes for state and Fed? What is the website or forms I would need to do this?

Call the Bureau of Corporation of PA to find out more details and fee schedule, (717) 787-1057, for closing the corporation.

You'll still have to file the last tax return with IRS at the end of the year. Depending on how the corporation was setup, it may go onto your personal income tax. Consult your tax accountant.
