Yes, there are a bunch of scratch remover kits you can buy at places like Wal-Mart, Target, Best Buy, Circuit City, etc. etc. Or you can buy them online. Here's an example:

They're not that expensive, maybe $10. Just be careful not to wipe the disc in a circular motion when you're removing scratches, or you'll destroy data. Follow the instructions on the kit carefully and it should help.
