Because everyone is afraid to make the kids of today do anything! You spank you kid and they report you for child abuse!! Parents don't care what their kids do these days as long as they are out of their hair. Parents believe teaching is all the teacher's responsibility, the teachers are afraid of the kids. You can buy any grade you want. Why do they need to pay attention in class? It's all about sex these days, that's all they care about. We have a bunch of teen sluts and whores with no morals.

Hardly anyone speaks using correct grammar anymore, and honestly it gets pushed aside a lot during school nowadays due to all of the standardized testing and teaching to the test. There's so much to cover that will be on the test that grammar isn't emphasized nearly enough.

well i'm considered the youth 15 but i know my grammer sucks i say like too much and stuff like that i think its just because of how we are raised and what we hear on t.v. like we don't watch any of it!

i guess one reason is computers and the second reason is slang, we like to speak slang thats why my grammer sucks not only me but lots of other kids too.
